She is an adorable little cocker spaniel. We looked at her tags to see who she belonged to and all she had was a tag for the Pet Hospital. So we got the number off the tag and called them. Gave them the tag number and they were able to contact the owner. The only problem was, was that the owner had given the dog to her neighbor and so they didn't speak English very well. Either way they came and got her and were so thrilled to know that she was ok and found safe and sound. I have no idea how far away from home she traveled but at least now I know who to call if I see her wandering the streets again all by herself!
